Estate Agents across the country are oversubscribed for each rental and can receive over 50 applications for any one property. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to respond to all enquiries. Therefore, to put you in the position your application must be clear on the followings details:

• Your work circumstances
• How many person will occupy the property e.g. family, couple etc
• What is your monthly budget – are you HAP approved
• How long a term will you require – most landlords ask for 12 months
• Any other relevant details – Furnished/unfurnished, pets, bus routes etc
• Provide work and previous landlord references
• Any other information you think is relevant
